Yabby Dip


  • 250ml Thickened Cream
  • 1/3C Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Mild Prepared Mustard
  • 2 dessert spoons Malt Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mild Chilli Sauce
  • 1kg Yabbies (cooked, peel and chop meat finely)

Combine all ingredients leaving the meat till last. Chill before serving. Serve in large crayfish shells or bowls surrounded with cracker biscuits.
