- 250ml Thickened Cream
- 1/3C Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Mild Prepared Mustard
- 2 dessert spoons Malt Vinegar
- 1 tsp Mild Chilli Sauce
- 1kg Yabbies (cooked, peel and chop meat finely)
Combine all ingredients leaving the meat till last. Chill before serving. Serve in large crayfish shells or bowls surrounded with cracker biscuits.
