Payment - We accept Credit Card (Master Card, Visa & Bank Card Only), Money Order or Cheque. Do not send cash. (Payment by cheque requires 3 working days clearance time, 5 days for international)

Shipping & Handling - Freight is calculated on the total weight of the products ordered to the destination country nominated via Australia Post's parcel post service. The delivery address supplied must be a physical street address and not a Post office box or Mail bag. Import duties may be due with some items to international destinations and will be payable by the receiver. Please consult your customs office for more information.

Returns & Exchanges - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in it's original condition within 30 days for a full exchange, replacement or refund. Returns & exchanges must be accompanied with the original receipt. Shipping & handling charges on returns are not refundable however exchanges and replacements will be sent freight free.

Orders - Your order will be shipped within 4 weeks of your order being received by mail or fax. Our eCart invoice processing system will help us anticipate your order which will be processed only when payment is received.

Availability - Should a delay in supply exceed the normal delivery time, we will advise you of the expected shipping date.

Currency - All pricing and charges are shown in Australian Dollars. For orders outside Australia, the exchange rate will be determined by your credit card company at the time of processing or for Cheque or Money order payments, please use the currency converter to determine the correct monies to provide.

Variations - Products supplied may vary from the photographs, images or dimensions shown on this site.
