Barbequed Garlic Yabbies

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg Yabbies
  • 2 Crushed Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Onions Diced
  • Olive Oil

METHOD
Either cut yabbies in half down centre or break tails from yabbies. Fry on a hot plate in oil, crushed garlic and onion until bright red, approximately 5 minutes.
